IFC Executive Board

The IFC Executive Board at The Ohio State University oversees the fraternity community by setting policies, managing recruitment, enforcing risk management, and handling finances. They serve as a bridge between chapters, the university, and national organizations, fostering leadership, brotherhood, and growth.

Grant Daylor serves as the IFC Vice President of Recruitment, overseeing IFC recruitment events and then guiding chapters through the recruitment process as a whole while offering strategy and advice. He is from Eden Prairie, Minnesota, majoring in Economics and is a member of Kappa Delta Rho. Outside of his IFC and fraternity involvement, he’s had the incredible experience of swimming with Great White Sharks.
