Cristina “Vega” serves as the Associate Director for Chapter Services and joined the Sorority and Fraternity Life team September 2021. Vega was born in New England but calls Florida home. Vega grew up in central Florida not too far from Disney or the beach. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida. While at FGCU she joined Chi Omega Fraternity and was involved in residence life, orientation, and the programming board. Vega received her M.Ed. from the University of Vermont where she studied Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration. While at UVM she developed her passion and skills for restorative practices, and community building. Vega moved to Columbus with her dog Sadie, enjoys reading, playing board games and all things coffee.
