Register An Event With Alcohol
As a sorority/fraternity facility approved for second year student living, alcohol is prohibited in the common spaces of the facility. Sorority and Fraternity Life does make exemptions for special events on an event by event basis.
The Special Events Exemption Form explains the expectations, application process, event details, planning and preparation process before, during and after the event and the officers and/or chapter members responsible for the event. Chapters are expected to gain permission from and follow guidelines of their(inter) national organization. Chapters must also complete the event registration form.
In order to have an exemption for an event with alcohol at a second year approved facility, this form must be completed at least 30 days prior to the event. Once the form is completed, confirmation regarding approval/denial of request will be sent to requestor via email.
